Help! I've done a upc/virgin/chorus balls up!

    A horizontal box arrived today. Got home with a wlfew in me. Tried to put it on. Tried 3 1hr installs but got an error 1030 message (1038 maybe.) So I said bugger this, I'll put back in the old box.

    Now the old box just says it's set up is being finalised for the last 2 hours. Have I buggered both boxes now. All I want to do is watch the bloody telly.

    Virgin don't open at this hour. Pls help! What am I doing wrong?

    Ring them up and ask for a vertical box.

    Put some vanish powder on the box and put it on a quick wash. Should do the trick
