Countdown to an event

    Hi Guys
    Im sure this has been asked before but Im not very tech savvy! I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 and I want to add a countdown widget to my home screen. I have searched all the apps and downloaded a few however they just put an icon on the screen which you have to open to see the timer. What I want is the actual countdown on the screen - if that makes sense!

    I had a Christmas one before with a pic of Santa and the days left on it.
    A nice 'weddingy' pic would be good :D
