Velux blinds installed back to front?

    Hi,

We moved into our house last Autumn and got the house painted. The painter removed the velux blinds while he was painting and put them back in afterwards. Now the thing is I m pretty sure that the black side of the blind was facing into the room before the house was painted and when he put them back in, the silvery side of the blind is now facing into the room.

This was no problem during the winter but now in the summer the bedrooms are getting really hot during the day (even if the blind is left closed to try and keep the room cool).

Is it possible to re-install the Velux black out blinds back to front?
If yes, would it be a big job to take them down and reverse the side which is facing out? (I m a bit wary of starting to mess with them as I d only have a short period of time in the evening after work before the little fella s due to go down for his sleep!)
    Thanks

Either way, the 'silver, side should not be facing inside. That's the heat reflective side. Somebody did something arseways but it should be easily reversed.
