I can't find the exact tyre pressure for my car.

    it's opel astra 1.6L 2006 model hatchback.

I have been putting 30 psi in all 4 tyres so far but I gave it for service last week and checked today the tyre pressure was in range of 34. I reduced it back to 30 psi.

    30/32 is ok general pressure.
You can find specific pressure on a label, usually in the door jamb, or the manual.

It should be either in the glovebox, pillar of drivers door or inside fuel filler door.

You mean 32 on rear tyres and 30 on the front?

Think he meant keep it in region of 30-32 for all tyres.

    Which I would second.
