EDT not recorded by instructor

    Hi There,

I applied for my test back in February and have heard nothing since. I thought that it was a normal waiting time until i checked my EDT online today and saw that my second instructor never logged my training.

My first instructor kept cancelling my appointments and I had heard that this second one had a good success rate so that's why i choose him. He wont answer his phone to me or return my texts. Do I have any comeback with this? I paid out €240 for lessons with this guy. My EDT book itself is stamped - will this be proof of attendance. I'm also wondering why the RSA didn't alert me to this why they took my money for the test, i know i should have checked it sooner though.

    Any advice would be appreciated

If u completed your 12 modules then you will be issued a test date OP. The RSA will take your money for the test but won't give you a date until your ADI has uploaded all your lessons.

Ring the RSA with your licence number to find out if they uploaded your information. If not, then I would make a formal complaint about your instructor to the RSA.
