not sure if this is the right forum..

has anyone any suggestions on how to get rid of marks that old burn marks make? my arms are destroyed from burn marks from work. when it happens, i savlon myself up to my eyeballs until it has healed. but now, there are red/purple marks that seem like they could be permanent.

    would bio-oil help?

The bio oil is good, had it myself and can be applied to any age of scar, was a chef in my younger days and decade old burns diminished a good bit. I used moisturiser with vitamin e in it which may also have made a difference

The only thing with Bio-Oil is that it contains vitamin A, and if I remember correctly, with Vit. A you have to be very VERY careful with the sun.
