    Do u need to replace the water u soak them in if you put them in a smoothie fir example?

    Ok thanks, wud you be losing some of the goodness if you did replace it? Sometimes there is water lodged at the top that i get rid of.

    What you lose in terms of nutrients is going to be very small. In the overall scheme of things, it's something I wouldn't worry about.
