Wonder if anyone has used this stuff in the garden? We have huge amounts of conifers around here and using the pine needles just seems another organic compost to me. Researching online just brings up US sites and they love it. Am experimenting with some that has broken down a bit mixed with horse manure for the courgette crop.

I would expect it to be somewhat acidic - should be good around rhododendrons and azaleas.

I think this is a bit of a common misconception having done a bit of research, any acidity is washed away in the first few downpours. Anyway some veg like a bit of acidity so here goes nothing.
