Must be some sort of damage /error. Computers will recognise it but when I click on the icon, it doesn't react. tried on several laptops and pc.
So then went to photo/camera shop and tried to use the blue tooth (it connects in the car no problem for calls ) but wouldn't connect either. Phone is full of photos I want to download and then delete. Could full phone be making it glitch like this? Between devil and the deep blue sea on this as can't download pics to free up space and no space might? be causing the problem

    Any advice?

Have you descent wifi? Back everything up with Google photos or Google drive.

Buy a dual micro USB and remove them to that quicker than Bluetooth and WiFi.
    Plugs into your phone directly
