Shimano 105 compact chainset stockists

    Hi I'm looking for a shop which stocks shimano 105 compact chainset's, dublin if possible.Needed for the weekend. I Have tried cyclesuperstore, wheelworx without any joy..

    Any suggestions?

    Does it have to be 105?

    Tiagra or Ultegra will also suffice and might widen your options.

    Why not buy online. Fair enough if you want to support a local bike shop but you'll save buying on line.

    Not going to get anything online from even CRC in time for the weekend at this point!

    Someone told me when i asked the difference between an ultegra and tiagra cassette
    40 quid and 20 grammes....

    They have a bigger big cog if you're doing the Mick Byrne than 105...

    I think I saw 105 chainrings in Richies in Swords last time I was in

    Slightly off topic but I find 105 the best for changing to different size chainrings. The 105 seems to have a fairly standard 5 bolt setup so I currently run a 46/34 on my work bike and a 42/34 on the touring bike. There are a large selection of different size chainrings for this 5 bolt setup.

    Not sure if different size chainrings are available for Tiagra or Ultegra bar the standard 50/34 for a compact setup but I may be mistaken.
