BOI machine timed out

    Hi

    Used Ulster Bank card at a BOI atm and it timed out but took the money from my account.

    When can I expect to see it back in my account?

    Good Afternoon newMrs2b, 

    Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

    When you make a withdrawal at an ATM and the funds are not dispensed however, still appears as a debit on your account, this will generally correct itself once the machine recalibrates. This normally takes 1 working day if within Ireland and 5 working days if abroad. 

    If this does not happy just contact your Bank who can raise an ATM dispute on your behalf.
