D.I.Y screed or easy screed for underfloor heating?

Hi, im just looking for your opinion on whether or not it would be worth it to mix my own floor screed for ufh and save a few euro instead of getting a company in?

It would cost from 4 grand upwards to do the house - its 2800 sqft with ufh on both floors. I would have time on my hands and i would know what im at.

Im leaning towards getting a company as they will be quicker and im guessing the easy screed pour will be better quality - i guess im hoping you are all going to tell me to mix it myself and save a few grand??

Just asking as ive spoken to a few people who have mixed it themselves on site.

Depends I suppose, when you say you know what your at......are you in the building trade to have proper knowledge and skills, or have you just watched a few Grand Designs or Dermot Bannin shows and think it looks easy after seeing it been done??

Liquid screed would be better as it gives you 100% level floors, if going with sand and cement mix if it's something you can do yourself then maybe but you will need at least two or three guys with you I would say .

Or you could get a company in to do it in a few days
