Found this on Whatculture WWE [Original work by Brandon Howard of Voices of Wrestling], shows who exactly has control of the WWE, as of May 2016, with Vince owning exactly 48.09% of the company, and the rest broken down between various other people in the company.

Guess Vince doesn't completely fully own his own company.

Vince has pretty much all the voting rights though.

Would imagine Vince's shares would be split evenly.

I didn't realise Kevin Dunn owned shares in the company.

I find it weird that Kevin Dunn has more shares in the company than Triple H.. But that's just me..

It's amazing what his dad saving tapes would inflict on us all these years later. Longer being one of vince's yes men is profitable it seems.

I knew kevin dunn had some shares as jim cornette said he did.

Mod edit: Updated the original post with proper accreditation

Worth noting Stephanie sold a ton of stock to buy her new house a few years ago. Interesting that Dunn has much more stock than Triple H, and that when Dunn is removed from WWE TV production, he'll still have a large slice of the pie.

Also the CFO has more stock than Kevin Dunn. I thought he was a relatively new addition?

Some of those names sound like faceless corporate entities, the kind of people who are only interested in a return on their investment. Wonder if that's a mindset that encourages risk-taking.

    http://www.voicesofwrestling.com/2016/05/19/a-beginners-guide-to-wwe-business/

Until the company went public, Vince McMahon was the 100% owner. Today he solely owns about 46%. However, almost all the shares owned by Vince, Linda, Stephanie and Shane (class B family stock) hold ten times the voting power of the rest of the shares (class A common stock), so Vince is still firmly in control of his company.

The prospectus in 1999 stated that:
The holders of Class A common stock have voting rights identical to holders of Class B common stock, except that holders of Class A common stock are entitled to one vote per share and holders of Class B common stock are entitled to ten votes per share.

    http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2016/0517/611815/vince-mcmahon-sells-nearly-40-million-of-wwe-stock-for-estate/
Mr. McMahon beneficially owns 37,080,747 shares of the Company's Class B common stock, which represents approximately 86% of the Company's total voting power and approximately 48.8% of the Company's total outstanding shares of common stock.

    approx €135,000

that puts Hunter's shares at about a million, and Dunn's about 2.5m.

Just to add to dm's post. The stock the McMahon family own is class b whereas all the other stock is class a

When a McMahon sells some stock it automatically converts to class a thus 1/10th the value or voting power it previously held

Vince could sell all but 7 million shares (meaning he owned less than 10%) but would still hold more voting power than all the other shareholders combined
