Dad, 57, ICU - Cardiac Arrest

    Hi

    Can a team of doctors make a decision to not resuscitate my Dad if he goes in to cardiac arrest ?

    Even if I don't agree.

    It's a long story which o covered in another thread. He's only 57 and was improving up to now

    I can't give you legal or medical advice on this thread but I'll tell you a little of my own situation.
    My mum is in a nursing home. The staff there were obliged to talk to us about resuscitation or not if that time came. We needed to make a decision regarding what we wanted. My mam has no agency or bodily autonomy herself I'm afraid.
