    Hi all,

I'm a bit confused, I have recently passed my driving test and applied for my full licence yesterday. The NDLS gave me back my permit. Just wondering is this normal as I thought the copy of the cert and the receipt from NDLS centre would cover me until I received the actual licence in post. Also must I queue up when handing back the licence again?
    Thanks in advance

You are not fully licensed until your receive your new full license in your hand. L plates and all other learner driver rules still apply.

When you receive your new licence, there will be an address to which you must send the permit. Congrats :)
