HTC One M8s Marshmallow upgrade

    Hi all, I have a HTC One M8s with 3. A lovely phone, I'm quite happy with it but the internal space is very small (I have the 16GB model) so I've been looking forward to the Marshmallow upgrade so that I can take best advantage of my SD card. Unfortunately, though the upgrade was released last week I've been unable to upgrade to it, it fails about 25% through the upgrade. I've tried contacting 3 but have no response so far. So I have two questions:

    1) Has anyone else had the same problem?
    2) Has anyone who's had this problem found a way to get the upgrade without jailbreaking the phone?

    I have the same phone but wasn't aware that the update was now available. Just checked now and it isn't available yet on Meteor.

    Hi have the same model, m8s/16GB with 3, and cannot do the update. There is a thread on the talk to three subforum http://www.boards.ie/ttfthread/2057531535/7 that has details from me and other users. So far HTC's alternative is to send it to an authorized agent.

    Out of curiosity, what is the error message?

    Did you try via HTC Sync Manager?

    No update available via sync manager. HTC are not aware of any issues either. I've reported it to Three, they said it has been reported to HTC. Waiting for now.

    Code -1 multiple errors, something about the partition is the final one. Also tried through hsm using Rom from HTC site. No joy there either. Thanks for the replies. Glad it's not just me :)
