What am I doing wrong?

Ok so last year with alot of hard work on my exercise bike and cutting down on junk food I went from weighing 115kg at my heaviest to about 78kg was as low as I got at the beginning of this year.
However lately I feel as if Im becoming more bloated around my stomach again even though Im eating as good as I can without driving myself insane.
My typical daily diet consists of breakfast: either two slices of toast and hot chocolate or 3 turkey sausages & turkey rashers and hot chocolate. Break: Water and a plain chicken sandwich or chicken wrap. Lunch : Water/ Lucozade sport and a turkey and cheese wrap and a small bag of walkers crisps. Dinner: Two turkey breasts and rice. then I dont eat after 8 oclock until the next morning and repeat this. What is it Im doing wrong? or should I be more patient to see the results?
I also burn 800+ calories about 2-3 days a week in work due to alot of walking and I train MMA/ Jiu jitsu for 2 hours twice to three times a week on top of this.
Any help or tips would be great to help me lose the extra flab / excess body fat

The hot chocolate and the Lucozade have to go.
Replace these with healthier no sugar options. Move the carbs away from bread and wraps. Use a good wholemeal bread.
I can give advice better than following it myself, sadly.

Id suggest you swap the hot chocolate for coffee or tea (peppermint tea is great for digestion so mighy help with your bloating). Crisps everyday aren't great - you could swap for unsalted nuts/piece of fruit and have the crisps as a treat. Limit the bread to one mealtime a day if you have to have it.

While there is a lot of white meat in your diet, there doesnt seem to be much fruit or veg, unless you didn't mention it. You could replace a rasher/sausage with tomato and spinach for breakfast, salad instead of a wrap (or salad in the wrap) for lunch and add green veg (broccoli, peas, green beans etc) to your dinner and use less rice.

The two slices of toast and hot chocolate are not a great breakfast.A slow release cereal like porridge would be way better or eggs. Ordinary tea or coffee or ideally a herbal tea.

If you could swap the cheese out and add lots of salad and a little avocado even. Cheese is very high in Saturated fat and cholesterol so won't be good for belly fat. You could add some relish if you need to give it more taste.

Crisps, again not great. Unsalted nuts would be ideal but you have to be careful not to go mad on them as they are quite high in fat (good fats but fats at that). If you're not a fan of these then a small bag of popcorn isn't too bad.

As someone else said you don't mention fruit really and little veg so ramping this up is important. Also 2 litres of water a day if you aren't already. If you're retaining water ironically you need to water to flush it all out!

You are eating no veg, nuts, or fruit. You should be eating lots of veg, nuts, and fruit.

Yes, found eggs for breakfast a great start. You won't feel hungry for a good while afterwards. got bad press re:cholestorol before, totally unjustified.
I feel bloated with any white and some brown breads. I have found a few brown soda breads that suit me.

A fistful of nuts everyday. In a longitudional study in The Netherlands, the common factor of those living longest was eating nuts.

I find eggs great for keeping me full too. A quick recipe that's really tasty: mix a few eggs with some very finely chopped spring onion, a few chopped cherry tomatoes and a very small amount of grated parmesan, scramble on the pan for 3 mins. Will keep you full for around 5 hours! :)

Congrats on losing 37kg, that's some serious work there!

Ditch the hot chocolate, lucozade and crisps. Turkey rashers / sausages for breakfast is better than toast, you could have a couple of eggs on wholemeal toast on days you don't feel like cooking the meat.

Don't be afraid to eat other meat and fish, turkey can get very boring after any amount of time. Veggies, spices, quinoa, pulses, porridge etc. are all good. Try to stick to food that is as unprocessed as possible (ie has less than 4 ingredients). I've had the best results cutting out all processed foods from my diet, and funnily enough during these times I find that I can eat literally all the chicken and veg in the world and not put on weight.

Try to stick to drinking only water, and get at least 2 litres a day.

while admittedly you say the diet isnt great, the hot chocolate crisps etc, everyone else has made some great points, more fruit more veg etc.

peppermint or nettle tea is great as is water loads and loads of water.

cant tell if your male or female but women do hold more belly fat and hormones can play into making you feel bloated and icky.
