    i was caught by Garda smoking a joint n had a grinder on me also , but no weed "exept for the joint" , i was just wondering would they let it slip or would they bring it to court ?
    im 18 and i dont have no criminal record
    btw " the guard said he saw someone else pass me the joint " and he didint really bother searching me , he searched my friend who rolled the joint. He asked me if i had something i shouldint have and i just came clean n gave him my grinder which he would of found if he searched me proper , he just made me empty my pockets n that's it
    as unlucky as i was i got caught by an undercover Garda , and i think he took the joint as evidence since he put it away in his pocket.

    Threads about being caught with drugs are not allowed under the no legal advice rule.

    Sometimes Gardaí prosecute people for tiny amounts of innocuous enough but nonetheless illegal drugs. No one here can say what way it will be in your case.

    On the off-chance you are prosecuted, say nothing without legal advice.
