crossed cheque

    i have a crossed cheque form a solicitors with a boi alc, but i dont have any bank alc can i sign the back of it and get a mate to cash it into his alc for me,

    As this is a crossed cheque it would have to be lodged into an account in your name with any financial institution.
     
    If you’d like to open an account with Bank of Ireland have a look at this link and it give you all the information you need to do this online.
