Anyone know if there is anywhere in North Dublin that repairs Nintendo 2DS's? My son's one is not reading games anymore.

    Thanks

To be honest, if you go to a repair service it's going to cost somewhere in the region of 50 or 60 euro to repair the console, here's a link
It might be cheaper just to buy a new one, transfer the Nintendo A/C onto the working machine.
As a matter of interest, do games still fit into the cartridge slot?
Is there any noise or problems trying to get games in, as in perhaps are some of the pins inside broken?
Shining a light in, can you see the pins there straight?
Anyway, a second hand 2DS can be had for around €50 on Adverts, like this one , worth considering

thanks for the reply. Yeah games still fit in but just took a look there and it looks like some of the pins are bent. 2nd hand might be the way to go.

If pins are bent it might be possible to use a pin and straighten them.
Otherwise sell it as a repairable 2ds and use the €20 to offset the price of the replacement

Sorry for hijacking this thread but does anybody know of a place near Limerick that can repair a 2ds. My sons left bumper button is broken and cant play his newest game without it.
