Tablet for Child - with ability to disable WiFi & camera

I've done a quick search, and can't see anything terribly recent.

I'm looking for a tablet for use by a child, preferably about 8 inch, but any size will do.

Ideally it would have no camera, or at the least the ability to disable any cameras.

It should be able to set up a profile for a child that has no WiFi capabilities.
The ancillary to this is that it will need an admin profile who can update the tablet when needed, or add games etc for the child's profile.

An additional plus would be if it was possible to have something like the kingston lock that laptops have, which could be looped around a chair so that it can't be 'lifted'.

I thought about using something like 'AutomateIT' to disable WiFi and Camera, but I'm not sure how feasible this would be.

I'm not locked into any make or model, but would like it if there was a robust case, or the laptop itself was robust enough.

looks like that would tick most of your boxes. i own 2 kindle fire tablet at the moment.
