Ok so a familiar issue I see on here but didnt want to drag up old threads.

Long story short. sold car still registered in my name and I am receiving eflow notices

Yes my mistake for trusting new owner with logbook as hes local and has been down to collect previous eflows issued to me after sale.

I just want to know what options are best

    1. visit the commissioner of oaths to declare non ownership

    or

    2. I have signed garda form for replacement log book. will I send that to shannon or local tax office? if so what actions do I take once I have received new log.

I have a feeling the car was sold on again hence why he hasnt changed the details.

    meh

you need to make sure the date of change is marked properly.
either contact Shannon and tell them, they may want you to buy a replacement vlc and then just fill out the change of ownership section, making absolute sure that you put in the date you actually sold the car, not todays date as you don't know whats around the corner or pending on the car.

I assumed the OP knows the details as he is local and has been to the house to collect previous eFlow fines.

    Your options are:
1 - Commissioner of oaths to declare non ownership
2 - Time machine back to the day you sold it to properly register it to new owner
