Just placed an order for a Giant Defy 4 2016 in black/orange so i can get back to a bit of cycling again. Running is not doing my knee any good for the last few months so going back to the bike.

Hoping to go twice a week from Ashbourne to Camden Street and back and a few spins in the evening around Ashbourne/Ratoath areas. Last time i did these routes i was trim in no time and hoping for the same again.

sure you're only about 40 minute cycle from fourknocks, which is a nice wee climb.

So, collected the bike yesterday and went from Camden St to Ashbourne this afternoon, Much Much easier on this road bike than a MTB. worlds apart and did the run in 1hr 15m which to be honest was 45mins quicker than i thought i would do it in... really happy with that as beat my 16:20 bus from Stephens Green to Ashbourne.... Feeling bit sore now though.
