    Hi

I feel very down. Living in Kerry. Find it very hard to talk about my feelings. Im 20. My mom has started drinking a lot and my uncle has had heart attack and Im very close to him.

I get made fun of a lot for being small and stupid.

I tried posting on other forums here because I feel bad and need help and need to talk but same responses as I normally get. Im just told to shut up. Even when I do get courage to talk and people listen I cant tell them everything.

If anyone knows where I can get counselling in Kerry please help. Cost is important to me too.

Hi Berty, there's and 'anxiety and depression' thread here for you should you wish to chat online with others..

First off have you been to see your doctor?. It would be the usual first port of call to check there's nothing else going on..

Your GP should be your first port of call. That said, if that isn't an option for whatever reason here is a list of numbers for mental health services in Kerry...

Things will get better, I wish you all the best.
