Hi Jay - in all honesty most of that list isn't available in the ROI - these vouchers are really for clothes, footwear and accessories. Valid in selected M&S is reference to that the vouchers aren't any use in a simply food store, that's the one near the IFSC only.

The t&c's cover all angles, irrelevant ones too. The wording is similar on vouchers for the UK stores.
