Dbt FCP charging at 25kw

Interesting , with 6 heat bars I noticed the dbt today in Athlone charging at 60 amps at around 70% battery. Normally on other dbayv I see 100-106A Is the location under powered ?

Carra reduced some of the DBT's due to cooling issues, overly sensitive breakers and other issues. Castlebellingham was also limited to 25kW for a long time.
