Breakers yard or the main dealer for the car. Ebay could be possible too.

Hard to see properly on small pic but it doesn't look too unlike what they use in PVC windows. Local window repairer might have an idea for one or actually have one.

    What does it do?
Is it for the shoot bolt on a double door or somethings?

Wipe the dirt off it and see if there's any codes on it, then Google it.

If there's two of them catchs on the door frame, would it possible to swap them around and the door would shut then?
