Hi folks, Anyone have any experience in buying a hospital style profiling bed with an armchair position? Must be able to manoeuvre easily to other rooms in house. Cheers.

No experience of this. But my mother lost her mobility after a four-month long hospital stay and has now moved to a nursing home. The occupational therapist at the nursing home suggested getting a "high spec" wheelchair which can recline into an almost horizontal position so she can sleep in the chair during the daytime. It's working very well and far superior to the chairs supplied by the nursing home.
