How can I do to cancel my direct debit ?

    Hi,

    I want to cancel my Direct Debit to Irish Water. They have advised to contact you about this. Can you advise how I can do this with Irish Water.

    To cancel a Direct Debit with Irish Water, we would ask that customers contact both ourselves and their bank to ensure that the Direct Debit is stopped on both sides. We can see that you have sent us a PM in relation to your query, and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible.

    I need some data to ask the bank to cancel the direct debit. I need to introduce
    • Creditor Name
    • Creditor ID 
    • Unique Mandate Reference
    [*]

    Please, could you tell me what are the values that I should introduce ?
