Question -: In the Irish Times today, they quote the National Lottery as stating the €8million Lotto win in Sligo will be paid "when routine logistics are finalised" What does this mean ?????????

I reckon it's just the fact that there's probably an arse load of paperwork associated with an €8,000,000 payout. It's not like winning a tenner on a scratchy.
