Want to add a Polish cookbook to my collection

Hello, folks :) Need your expert advice/opinion.

I have cookbooks from many international cuisines (from I think 15 different countries, at least). I went to look up a recipe today that I knew was Polish (a leek and cheese salad) and realized I had no Polish cookbook. How did that happen? (I know, the Internet has all the recipes. Shut up. I want something for the bookshelf.)

Those of you who consider yourselves great traditional Polish cooks... what's the best and most comprehensive cookbook you can think of that concentrates on characteristically Polish food? I have both American and European measuring tools available, and access to a good Eastern European grocery that includes a wide range of fresh foods. I don't speak Polish, unfortunately.
