Module 50/70 oil burner issue

    Hi gentleman,
    I wonder if any of you can assist me on this, take a look at the picture below, is this is a common thing or theres something really bad happened to the burner! Ive only noticed this mark recently, reminds me to look in to garden more often, but i placed a wooden stick couple days ago and you can see that it left a unburnt shadow behing it! Now, i dont see any flame or smoke comming from the "exhaust" but aperently there is an issue

    Not very serious so long as you stop using it and get it serviced.

    Did you get oil recently?

    Yes, recently filled up the tank

    Drop a bottle down into tank on a string. Let us know the colour.

    Also should of probably have mentioned this, had a numerous disconects/shuts offs due to overheating i guess? When i lowered the dial down to rougfly 50-60% it seems to stopped the shuting down.
    Do you recon its something had to do with the oil?
