    Hi all,

    Looking for some info on an upcoming appearance before the county registrar relating to a mortgage arrears issue.

    In a nutshell im just wondering what are the options available to the registrar. Adjournment strike out the order repossession etc.

    i am not looking for legal advice more legal information

    Hi Fred,

    First occasion was indeed adjourned to allow exchange sfs, 2nd occasion was adjourned for 4 months to allow for a pattern of payments to be shown.

    My issue is that after following the banks demands to the letter ie meeting the monthly repayments engaging regarding sfs we received a letter informing us that they are seeking an order of possession.

    The county registrar is extremely fair from what I have witnessed but I just wanted to know what options are available to him when we next meet
