Cancel account confirmation

    [font=Walsheim-Regular, Arial, sans-serif]This morning I rang the cancel team on 1901 and got the Cancellation email from them. When I went to the cancellation request link it did not have a button to confirm the request. I rang 1901 again and explained what happened and was told that the account would be cancelled straight away (rather than after 30 days). I'm fine with this but could I get someone to confirm that this is what happened (will send details when needed).[/font]
