    hi there,

Am in the process of purchasing at the moment and the house is being advertised as a 3 bed-roomed house. this is including an attic conversion. they state that this can be classed as a bed room as it was converted pre-1963.

It is a 1st floor attic conversion with a permanent staircase up to to a landing from which the "bedroom", a small bathroom and the hot press are accessed. The lowest the ceiling comes down is 6 foot and at its highest point its about 10 foot- so you can walk around it comfortably.

So is it ok to call this a bedroom? pre-36 etc?

    Thanks very much!
