Hi, I'm looking to start running and looking for a bit of advice. I'm 35, have no level of fitness and somewhat overweight but otherwise in okay health. I would walk 5k in about 50 minutes and would try do that 4-5 times a week depending on my schedule. Best app to follow? Breathing tips? After run tips and advice on nutrition? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

    Try couch to five K

Take it slow, gradually build it up. Walk/run/walk is fine

    Enjoy
