ADSL Broadband dropping out

I'm having a nightmare trying to get my vodafone broadband sorted.
Bit of history: Upto December last year I had 12mb solid for the previous year, never an issue. Then in December, I started having issues, connection dropping constantly, slow speeds and complete outages. Took all of January to get it sorted. By sorted I mean 8mb solid in the end.
Then 3 weeks ago, again started having issues. Dropout city.

Since then, Eir have been out 4 times. Been to the house twice. Every time saying the line is fine. I get back onto vodafone and they say, nope...I'm constantly over and back between the two of them. And I'm stuck in the f**king middle with a crap connection...

Below are my current stats from two different modems, what do they tell you?? Vodafone have me currently limited to 4mb as they say line won't take more..

    Line stats are great now.

    A. Could be an intermittent fault, rates are great until that 5sec period when the line shorts out.

    B. Network level fault such as PPPoE calls from a device in your house (XBox, CCTV)

    C. Congestion issue thats causing link drops and your line is being blamed instead as they don't know/don't want to know. Only applies if its an old radio exchange.

Even with those stats, Vodafone are saying the line can't be upped beyond 4mb, as there is too much noise on the line. I don't get it?

That's BS. They're treating the symptom not the illness.

Just so I'm clear. With the stats I posted, assuming they stay like that constantly with no interference like you suggested earlier, there's no other reason I shouldn't be able to attain 8-10mb on that line?
