Walking Stick Cabbage Kale Tree

I've always wanted to grow these so I bought some seeds online this week! https://www.victoriananursery.co.uk/Walking_Stick_Cabbage_Seed/ Has anyone here had much success with them? Are the leaves very tough? I'd be mostly cooking them..and probably growing dino kale for eating raw. I will probably have a few spare seeds…
