We're looking for vendors selling everything and anything from comics, graphic novels, DVDs and VHS, sci-fi memorabilia, original craft and art, figurines, posters and the likes....

Stalls are €30 and include a free beer/soft drink! Email bernardshawflea(at)gmail(dot)com for more details!

We'll update the event page with what's planned for on the day in the coming days :)

The Bernard Shaw Flea takes place every Saturday. Our first in a series of themed fleas - the last Saturday of every month will be dedicated to a specific genre or theme - this month being Comics and Sci-Fi! The other Saturday's will remain as regular flea days and are mix bag of vintage bargains, curios, bric-a-brac, craft, art and finds.

We also have brunch from 11-3pm and then pizza from The Big Blue Bus plus fall bar to keep you going while your browse and bargain :)

Folks, this looks like it's shaping up to be worth a visit. The Big Bang and Dublin City Comics will be represented, as will some Small Press Creators. I'll be there myself flogging my indy book. Please pop by and say Hi on Saturday if you're around....

So any feedback on how it was?

It wasn't bad. Good crowd throughout the day. No doubt the presence of DCC and the Big Bang selling reduced stock attracted a decent portion of the Crowds and that's no bad thing. I'd say that they'll do another comics/ sci-fi themed event again but not for some months.

oh yeah, my comic is like a whole graphic novel condensed into a 28page comic. It's super value for the price I was selling it at...

Unless you are asking in connection with Big Bang and DCC... didn't get to check them out myself but people seemed to be happy with the stuff they were picking up.

    :)

Oh I didn't see that line in your post above you were there selling your work :)

Any links to some info on what you've done?

And yeah sorry my general question was more towards good offers and stuff from the comic retailers there :D
