Wiring/Placement of Shower Pump

Getting a shower pump installed and wondering what are the possibilities with the wiring.

Have a hot press with not much space inside the bathroom and next to bath. The hot press does not have a supply.

Is under the bath if only accessible with a tool count as being outside the zones in Ireland?

Was think of installing pump under bath next to hot press and adding a socket under the bath also to plug in pump (or pump under bath with cable extended to reach socket in attic)

Or else pump in hot press with cable running to socket in attic (but hot would need extension due to space).
