Hi every one

We have block build shed in back garden 9ft x 8 ft with lean tiled roof. We want to convert it into entertainment room.

i would like to go diy route as money is constrained. What is the best way to insulate?

Should i batten and put rock wool followed by plaster board or insulating directly with insulated plaster board?

So if i use insulated plasterboard , what mm should i use and what happens to the electrical wire we have behind the boards, should we put the wire in conduit ?
