Lenovo Yoga 900 - Order Difficulty

I first attempted to order a laptop from them on April 1st. They wouldn't accept my credit cards or Paypal details even though I had no difficulty using these payment methods with other companies. I was very busy in the interim and tried to place the order online again, to no avail. Last Wednesday, I called them and after waiting for half an hour, an operator helped me order the laptop over the phone.

Then, I find out over the weekend that this order has also been cancelled by their system, seemingly for no reason.

Now I'm left waiting for €1,400 to go back into my account. It seems like a gamble going with a company who've been so incompetent and unhelpful with my requests to date, does anyone else have experience with them or their customer service? I feel as though I've just gotten no satisfaction whatsoever from them, and that seems like a risk to me.

Got a nice Yoga 900 myself from work.

Very nice laptops really good quality build.

Have to reinstall the OS straight away though as lenovo install to much bloatware along with McAfee.

Yeah, I figured that when I read the installed software in the specs.

I'm just looking at this from the point of view that they've been so unhelpful and incompetent; if any difficulty does arise and I need customer support from them, how can I expect to be assisted if this is how they treat potential customers?

I never had to use the customer support so not sure how they are.

I have a few lenovo's from work and always find them very reliable systems.

Had no hardware failures so far so never needed to contact them.

Great hardware but since they've been caught red handed three times installing whats tantamount to malware from factory I've stopped recommending them.

I'm still waiting on them to call me back, since placing two orders that were cancelled by the system for no apparent reason. €2,600 has been debited from my account and I'm waiting for it to go back in so I can take my business elsewhere. Really disappointed by their seeming reluctance to take my money and actually give me the product.
