Are there any public parks or areas in Dublin that have a large amount of cherry blossom trees that will be shedding soon?

The War Memorial Gardens in Islandbridge have loads but I havnt been down there in a while so can't confirm at what stage the blossoms are at! Always see folks taking pictures and doing photo shoots every other year.

Along the cricket pitch in Trinity is usually a good spot, and the little rose garden at the side of the museum building

Or according to Broadsheet, Herbert Park looks good!

Oddly enough the Rialto and Fatima Luas stops have some quite impressive ones, if you can ignore the mountains of dumping nearby.

The apple blossom at Rialto has gone over, but there are a type of cherry between there and Suir Rd just coming into their own. There are these three at Baggott Street Bridge, Ontario Terrace.

The ones in Crumlin village peaked about two weeks ago. I'd been meaning for years to go and see them at their height of delight.

What?! Do people slip on the leaves and claim or something?

Thanks for all the replies, gonna head to the Memorial Gardens this weekend

There's a large number of them dotted around Farmleigh house in the Phoenix Park. So much so that they hold a Japanese festival there each April.

I didn't go to farmleigh, but here is the view in the Memorial Gardens a couple of hours ago.

    From the bandstand

The grass has just been cut, so it'd be good to sit on.
