Just wondering if anyone could help plz. Looking at buying a house outside Athlone needing a lot of work done. We would like to build an 800-1000 sq ft extension on the back

Anyone have an estimate on how much per sq foot an extension would cost.

Its on a 1 acre site so presume there wouldnt be an issue with planning??? Not over looking any other houses.

Is there a rough € per sq m cost for extensions?
