What is the most effective way of trying to get City Council do repairs to potholes in park estate. The matter has been notified to many councillors but no action ensued. Thanks.

Ring the council and tell them a kid twisted their ankle in one, then ring Neil. Wont be long before its done.

Are you sure the park estate has been taken over by the city council?

Massive potholes in housing estates are usually a sign that it is not under the control of the council at all, but has a management company instead.
