    Hi folks

    Alerts are not coming through unless my device is unlocked - I'm using a Moto 3G Android 6. Apps such as Whatsapp, Fotmob etc

    Is there any way of fixing this other than rooting the phone? If I have to root the phone whats the easiest way of doing it?
