Had it a few years ago when I had a laptop was great fun, always forgot about it after a couple of weeks, was actually only looking to see if their was an ipad version a couple of months ago but sadly not.

I only found it a few years ago so a bit late to the party but still enjoyed it. A backyard to global game with Bram and Big E Langston as my stars was the highlight. Its predecessor Total Extreme Wrestling released a new one yesterday with features designed to appeal to EWR fans.

Have been a fan of text based simulations for years. Champ Manager and Hollywood Mogul had me primed for EWR when I found it. Very much enjoyed it. Played it relatively recently and was amazed at it's simplicity.

TEW has evolved into quite an impressive simulation. Have been playing the most recent version, TEW2016, on and off this week. I'm a month and a half in as the owner/booker of WWF, currently in January 1998. Shawn Michaels has been causing trouble backstage, causing tension between Vader and a lot of others. I chose a hard line option and told the roster if anyone wants to leave, they're free to go. HBK left. Ruining my plans for Wrestlemania.

There's a free demo I think which let's you play two in game months. The retail version works out at about €30, I've bought it but not had the time to really get into it yet. You should be able to use any real world mods with it too

I used to play the really early versions of this. Extreme Warfare Deluxe I think it was called. Very very basic but I have to admit I loved it. Tempted to try it's latest release

The demo can be found here http://www.greydogsoftware.com/home.php

You should be able to get the mods on their forum too but on the chance that you need to register for that you can go to http://www.ewwarehouse.info/

Since 2016 has just released I think we're supposed to download 2013 mods and convert them to 2016 in the game but I haven't tried that yet.

*mods I assume there's no problem with me providing these links but if there is please delete.
