recently had minor back surgery so for 4-6 weeks im out of commision getting a job so advised by social welfare to go on illness benefit , so i got my mc1 cert from gp etc

    but at the min i get €188 + 29.60 + 29.60 as i claim for my 2 kids

will my rate still be the same ? bills still have to be paid and cant afford a drop in rate , already missed my social welfare the past 2 weeks as i was bed ridden to im owed 2 weeks ( told it wilk be backdated )
