Just posting this up as it may be of help to someone, I changed my car and went trough the M50 toll, I never added the new car to the account, forgot all about it till I got the 6:10, went and bloody forgot about that till it was 5 days past and the bill was €49.
So I was about to pay the bill and decided to call, I was told as it was my first time using the toll on that car I only had to pay the initial toll. She said this can be done if its the first journey on the Toll.

Another worth noting, if you forget and then get hit with the fine, call them up and set up a pay as you go account, they will wipe the additional charges and just charge you the original amount, not the worst to deal with on the phone in fairness to them.
