    Hi Guys

I will take subject to two queries please:

    26:
    Panasonic TX55CR430 – 55” Curved 4K Ultra HD TV ( 6 Year warranty Included)
    Display – As new
    Was £1399 – Now less than ½ price – Now just £599 / €799

    (1) I cant find the distance between the feet / stands - I only have 1080mm of space available - will this be ok?
    (2) Brian - my question from Friday - does this do what you recommended?

If the answers are yes please book it & I will call tomorrow to pay.

    Many Thanks

    Tanka

    36:
    Yamaha BDS677 Black – Smart Blu-Ray / DVD/ CD Player
    Display – As new
    Was £189
    Save £90
    Now £99 / €129

    2 questions regarding this one.

1.Would that be good enough to play regular CD Audio discs? Currently using PS4 to play Blue ray discs and DVDs, but sadly they decided that CD-A is a thing of the past and no longer needed :(

    2. Would it be ok to place it on top of the Yamaha A550 receiver I recently got from you, or is the clearance not big enough to allow for ventilation and prevent overheating etc.

If the answer is yes to both you can give me a call tomorrow.

I also might unfollow the forum to prevent you from putting ideas into my head :)

If not I will pass - not much space left in the cabinet...

    Many thanks.

    Hi ibFoxer.

    15 is still available.

There is a sub out on the rear of the unit which would allow for you to add in a separate subwoofer if you would like to do so.

    Hi Guys

    I am looking at 27 & 79
    But your price for
    79 is £849 - 1099 euro
    27 £899 - 1099 euro
just wondering why the price is the same in euro?

    Thanks

  • Company Representative Posts: 17,568 ✭✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: Kenny

    Hi Wonski.

The BDS677 is good enough to play CD Audio discs.

You should be able to set it on top of you receiver, although if at all possible it always best to leave the vents with space.

I have around 1.5cm between the top of my amp and the bottom of the shelf and no overheating issues.

Drop us a call you want ot go for it.

    Hi Confusedeire.

Unfortunately no clearance on these at the moment. We don't even have any display versions of these.

If you start a new thread on these we can see if we can work out pricing on new ones.

No too sure on that one, John does all the pricing.

If you pay in sterling then your bank would do the conversion to Euro.

Number 79 has unfortunately already been snaffled up.

    HI Tanka,

UP against the lg 49UF770 would be a bit of a toss up to be honest. The LG I would say has the edge on picture quality, but with the Panasonic you get a 55" and the smart functions would be better and more user friendly. Sort of depends what your main requirements are

The Panasonic is a cracker of a TV for that money. As far as the dimensions, it might be a bit tight. The overall width of the TV is 1232mm, and the feet do come out quite close to the edge - https://www.towerdirect.co.uk/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/2/0/20430_TX-55CR430B.png

    Hi Brian,

Many thanks for the prompt reply.

I am still interested in this Panasonic & thinking of pairing it with the Monitor Audio ASB2 in your other thread.....OR would you recommend one of the soundbars in this thread?

I really don't know about the "Feet" - what size of table / Stand is needed for it - from just a quick Google it seems that as you said its 1232mm & feet really do seem near the edge!

As its a display model, any chance of running a tape measure on it?

    Thanks

    Tanka

    Hi Finno.

Unfortunately the Sony - Number 79 has already been snaffled up somewhere along the line and is now gone :(

The Samsung is a cracking television, the 700 series have always performed very well in the market.

HI Tanka, the distance between the feet would be 1080mm at the back, and 1120mm at the front, so as you only have 1080mm they would be too wide for your furniture unfortunately

    Brian,

Thanks for that - I see a 1200 stand on Amazon - so it should fit on that being 1120mm

Do you still have the ASB2 in stock?

    Thanks

Yip would fit on that stand ok. We normally stock a stand at 1200mm width but we're completely out of it at the minute or I'd suggest it

The ASB2 we still have in stock here too at that clearance price £299 if you wanted one with it - Personally at that money, its by far the best option for soundbar for you

    Hi Finno,

I know the £/€ pricing can sometimes be a bit obtuse, but it depends on lots of factors like:

    Market pricing
    Stock availability
Exchange rates at time of stock receipt
    Input pricing

There really is no hard and fast rule - but of course if you ever have a specific query we will always do our best to assist,

    Thanks again,

    Hi Anxoius.

Unfortunately the ones on the list are the only clearance headphones at this time.

Are there any others you have seen on our site www.richersounds.ie that you are interested in?

To avoid your post getting lost in this clearance thread could you start a new thread for headphones and we can see what we can come up with for you.
